Bruno Williams – LL.B (UB) – is a Partner at Desai Law Group in the Litigation Department. He was admitted to practise as an Attorney in the Courts of Botswana in 1993 and was subsequently admitted as a Conveyancer and Notary Public.
Bruno has provided legal advice and litigated on various aspects of the law throughout his career. He is a legal professional with over 20 years’ work experience, especially in the full spectrum of litigation and courtroom advocacy. Bruno is a strong litigator and has represented various corporate and individual clients in both the High Court and Court of Appeal of Botswana with respect to matters and disputes spanning diverse areas of law, including commercial, property, family, delict, employment and labour to cite a few. →
Tinashe Nyangu is an Associate at Desai Law Group in the Litigation Department. Tinashe graduated from the University of Botswana with a Bachelor of Laws (LLB), in October 2016, and is a duly admitted Attorney, Conveyancer and Notary Public of the Courts of Botswana.
Tinashe has a good command of the Magistrate Court and High Court rules. He’s areas of practice are, inter alia, delict, employment law, contract law and debt collection. His work experience involves a great deal of independent research, requiring initiative and self- motivation. In addition to his practical experience, Tinashe has been the lead attorney during arguments of applications and civil trials, in the Magistrate, Industrial and High Courts of Botswana.
At the core of Tinashe’s competencies are; his analytical ability, attention to detail, creative problem solving, advocacy skills and extensive knowledge in debt collection and recoveries.
Most notably, Tinashe has handled debt recoveries for Stanbic Bank Botswana and was actively involved in the liquidation of Future Sustain International Pty (Ltd).
