Marichen Mortimer and Associates is contracted to provide Leadership Development and training for the senior team of DLG. With the technical skills and capabilities already in place, Marichen’s coaching programme is focused on developing the leadership capabilities of each individual team member at DLG and then to translate it into enhanced interactive team leadership skills.
