In mid-May DLG provided training on Business Etiquette to its Hospitality and Cleaning support staff. The training was carried out as a one-day workshop with the aim of promoting excellence in all areas of service.
Feedback from the support staff was very positive – they found the training to be informative and particularly enjoyed the practical exercises.
The staff were presented with their certificates of successful completion on 1st June 2018 by Litigation Partner, Mr Obrien Bvindi.
